Ingredients 

4x Seeded butter croissants

100g crème fraiche

100g blueberries 

Drizzle of honey 

The method

1. Slice croissants lengthways 3/4 way through.

2. Place crème fraiche and blueberries inside. 

3. Drizzle with honey. 

Serve and enjoy!
