Standard Promotional Terms

1. “Free Bingo” is an exclusive promotional game which will appear on site at designated times. These times can vary day by day/week by week and are not specific set times or durations.

14. In the unlikely event that “Free Bingo” should malfunction or not run as intended, due to technical issues on tombola's part, every endeavour will be made to rectify the situation as soon as possible. 
15. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical difficulties that the player may have which inhibits them from participating.

Terms and Conditions

1. The “Jackpot Booster” promotion, hereafter called “the Promotion”, will run Friday 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th March between 21:00:00 to 22:00:00 in bingo90.
2. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the “Jackpot Booster” promotion, but you must adhere to our General Terms & Conditions.
3. During the promotional period, any individual Jackpot prize winner will be credited an extra £5,000 within the next 7 days.

3. To qualify to play any one game card, you must stake £2 real money in total across any tombola arcade spin games within the timeframes stated below. Cumulative stakes across multiple spin games are counted together for this stake requirement. Stakes made with Bonus money do not contribute to the stake requirement. 
4. A separate £2 real money stake requirement applies to each of the game cards available each day included in this Promotion. 
5. Each day included in the Promotion Period has two qualification periods of 60 minutes from 20:00:00 to 20:59:59, 21:00:00 to 21:59:59.

8. Once you have completed a stake requirement and qualified for the game card corresponding to the relevant qualification period, you have until 22:59:59 to play the unlocked game card. For example, if you complete the £2 stake requirement at 21:20:00 on Friday 20th February, you will have until 22:59:59 on Friday 20th Februaryto play that “Golden Goals” game card before it expires and disappears from the page. 
9. To play a game card you must tap on the “Click to play” button on the respective card on the promotion page, then click on each football in order to reveal a prize amount, which corresponds to one of the prize amounts on the collectors panel. 
10. Once you have played a game card, you can re-view the gameplay as many times as you choose until that game card expires as per the timeframes explained above, but the result of your original play will not change. 
11. Any prize you win will be credited to your withdrawable funds balance straight away after you play the game card. Free plays will be credited automatically to the winner’s accounts. 
12. Free plays are valued at £0.10 each and can be used across any arcade games. Free plays have a 7-day expiry.

27. In the event that a prize is not won throughout the Promotion, it will be re-added to the prize pot on the following day when the Promotion is running.

What is Pre-Buy?

Pre-Buy is a feature that means you can now buy into selected promotional games in advance. You can access the purchase area for these games via our Promotions page, in-game menus, website advertisements and specific links if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from us.

Making a Pre-Buy purchase

When you select the promotion you would like to pre-buy tickets for, you will be shown a list of all games in that promotion. You can choose to select all games at the same stake, or alternatively you can choose to select different stakes for different games. Please note, not all games need to be selected and games do not have to be purchased in running order. This means you can select games 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, or games 1, 3 and 5.

When you have selected the games you would like to Pre-Buy tickets for, you will see a total purchase price before you choose to confirm. Once a Pre-Buy purchase has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

Upgrading your stake after a Pre-Buy purchase has been confirmed

You can upgrade the stake in your Pre-Buy games after purchase. Simply re-visit the promotion from the Promotions page or in-game menu, and increase your stake in the promotional game(s) as required.

You will see a total purchase price before you confirm your stake upgrade.

How will Pre-Buy games play out?

Your Pre-Buy games will play in the same way as our other games. You do not need to be logged in to tombola in order for the games to play, and any winnings will be credited to your account as normal.

Please note, if you have an existing Bulk Buy purchase (please see Bulk Buy Terms and Conditions for full information) and you make a Pre-Buy purchase for a promotion that runs during your Bulk Buy, the Pre-Buy purchase will interrupt the order in which your Bulk Buy games will play. Games purchased as part of a Bulk Buy will play out one after the other, with the exception of when pre-purchased tickets exist. In this instance, any games that form part of your Bulk Buy purchase will play in order up to the start of the pre-purchased promotional game(s). At that point the pre-purchased promotion game(s) will play and, once they are complete, the games remaining in your Bulk Buy purchase will resume.

How will your Pre-Buy purchase show in your Transaction History?

When you make a Pre-Buy purchase you will see the total cost in your Transaction History at the time of the purchase.

What if I Pre-Buy tickets and the promotion is cancelled or the time is changed?

If you Pre-Buy tickets and the associated promotion is cancelled or the time is changed, then your Pre-Buy purchase will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Game Freeze

If you make a Pre-Buy purchase and subsequently choose to put that game on to a Game Freeze, the Pre-Buy purchase will remain valid and will not be cancelled or refunded. The games will play out and any winnings will be credited to your account as normal.

Self Exclusion, Cooling Off and Disabled Accounts

If your account is disabled by us or you enter a period of self-exclusion and you have an existing Pre-Buy purchase, this will not be cancelled and refunded. The games will play out and any winnings will be sent to you in the form of a cheque. If you are in a cooling off period the same applies but winnings will remain in your account until the cool off period is complete.

Who can take part?

This offer is open to customers aged 18 and over, whose country of residence is the UK.

To qualify for the promotion, both the referring and the referred must have accounts registered in the same country.

How to take part?

1. Any other method of registration will require referred players to correctly enter a free £5 code or the referring customer’s username in order for the referring customer to qualify for any Playmates prizes. Rules

Playmate Prizes

When the referred customer wins a prize equal to or greater than £20 on bingo or equal to or greater than £100 on arcade, they will also win an additional Playmate bonus money prize that automatically transfers to the referring customer’s account as a thank you for introducing them to tombola.

Ongoing prizes are earned from each eligible player that named the player as a Playmate.

Where can I find my Playmates Prizes?

Bonus money terms and conditions

All entries become the property of tombola once submitted.

13.8. Competition

From time to time, tombola may offer to award a prize to the entrant that submits the best idea in response to a particular brief (a “Competition”). You will be notified in the email mentioned in paragraph 1 if a Competition is to take place. These terms of use will apply to any Competition (unless stated otherwise in the email).

1. The winning idea (s) will be the most unique and creative idea submitted in response to the brief before the closing date for submission.
2. The Competition will be judged by a panel of judges. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Chat Moderators (CMs) will run quizzes throughout the day. If you are the selected winner the CM will reward you with £1.00.
