Host a Jungle Viewing Party
It is officially the start of party season! So why not host a jungle-themed viewing party at home inspired by I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! Gather your friends, grab some snacks and get ready for a night full of laughs, games and fun! Here are some creative ideas to bring the jungle vibes straight to your living room!
Set the Jungle Scene
Time to transform your home into a campsite! Think fake vines, tropical leaves and balloons. Dim the lights and play some jungle sounds like bird noises, insects and drums to get the ambience just right. Serve your food and drinks on bamboo plates or coconut bowls for that extra touch!
The Perfect TV Setup
The first episode is always a big one, so make sure your guests have the best seat in the house. Create a comfy viewing area with blankets, floor cushions, and fairy lights. You want your guests to feel cosy so they can settle in for all the fun.
Dress code: Campmate style
It's not a party without some fun outfits! Ask your guests to come dressed as true campmates – khaki shorts, red bandanas, explorer hats and maybe even a fake snake or two. Add a little fun with personalised name tags like Chef, King (or Queen) of the jungle, Camp Joker and Team Leader.
Jungle Feast
Let’s talk food! Serve up a spread of traditional jungle-themed platters such as BBQ Skewers (meat or veggie), rice and a bean salad. Or why not treat your guests to one of our Aussie-inspired recipe’s including BBQ ribs and spicy beef tacos.
For dessert, go tropical with an exotic fruit platter, chocolate pudding pots, gummy worms and toasted marshmallows.
For drinks, mix up some fun mocktails. Try a non-alcoholic snakebite or a fruity jungle punch!
Games & Challenges
Keep the fun going throughout the evening with your very own jungle trials. Organise a trivia trial where your guests are tested on iconic I’m A Celebrity moments. For more excitement, set up a blind food test to see who can guess the mystery food. Marmite, olives, pickles and other interesting flavours are encouraged!
Additionally, take tombola’s ‘What Campmate Are You?’ quiz to find out if you’re a leader, the joker in the camp, the peacekeeper or the drama magnet.
Time to Party!
From jungle décor to hilarious challenges, this should give you everything you need to host an unforgettable evening. So round up your friends, get the vines ready and prepare for a fun night!
