Why are we making these changes? 

We want to make it easier for you to take a break away from gambling if you need one. By linking Self-Exclusions across our brands, you’ll have more control over your gambling and it’ll be easier to stay safe. 

How does Self-Exclusion work? 

After logging in, players can navigate to the safeplay page, available on both the website and the app, and select the Self-Exclusion option. From there, they can choose the duration of their Self-Exclusion. Please be aware that once this is activated, it cannot be reversed, and the account cannot be reactivated until the selected period has passed.
