1. The “Circus Edition: Stake £5 and Get 10 Free Plays!” promotion, hereafter called “the Promotion”, will run from 00:00 Wednesday 19th – 23:59 Thursday 20th March (the “Promotion Period”).

2. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the “Circus Edition: Stake £5 and Get 10 Free Plays!!” Promotion but you must adhere to our General Terms & Conditions.

3. The Promotion is open for entry to customers aged 18+ registered on tombola and tombola arcade who reside within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. Any new players will be subject to age and identity checks before they will be able to qualify for the Promotion.

4. Accounts which are closed or self-excluded are not eligible to enter this promotion. Accounts which become closed or self-excluded between the start and end of this promotion will not be eligible to receive a prize.

5. During the Promotion Period, you will be able to qualify on tombolaarcade.co.uk during the qualification timeframe from 00:00 Wednesday 19th – 23:59 Thursday 20th March.

6. To qualify you must complete both entry requirements between 00:00 Wednesday 19th – 23:59 Thursday 20th March:

6a. Tap the ‘opt in’ check box then click ‘submit’ on the promotion page and Stake a minimum of £5 real money on Circus. The £5 stake requirement can be made up of multiple stakes. Stakes made with bonus money or Free Plays will not count towards the stake requirement. 

7. Players can qualify for a maximum of 10 Free Plays throughout the promotion period.

8. Free Plays will be credited to the eligible players accounts by 5pm Friday 21st March.

9. Free Plays are valued at £0.10 each and can be used across any arcade games.

10. Free Plays have a 7-day expiry. Once you have used your Free Plays you will begin staking real cash.

11. tombola reserves the right, acting reasonably, to change, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond our control.

12. In the unlikely event that the Promotion should malfunction or not run as intended, due to technical issues on tombola's part, every endeavour will be made to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

13. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical difficulties that the player may have which inhibits them from participating.

14. Players participating in this Promotion will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when participating in this Promotion.

15. If we discover that any player has breached these promotional rules to create more than one account in order to participate in the Promotion multiple times, we will close any such accounts and void any winnings associated to games played in breach of these promotional rules.

16. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
