You can set yourself a maximum amount that you would like to deposit in either a week or a day. You can do this yourself in your account settings.
A week runs from midnight on Monday to 23:59:59 on the following Sunday. A day runs from midnight - midnight. Please note that there is a site maximum of £500.00 per week which applies to everyone.
If you are lowering your limit then this change will happen immediately.
If you are increasing your limit then the change will take 24 hours to come into effect. If, however, you have locked your limit into place, you will not be able to increase your limit until the lock period has elapsed. You can cancel a pending change during this 24 hour period.
Customer services are unable to alter limits set by players.
Time Keeper can be switched on or off at any time with the selected setting taking immediate effect.
Upon activation, Time Keeper will notify players of time spent on the site at the preselected period of time, in the form of a modal window.
Players must select one of the available time period options.
The Time Keeper clock will start when a real money gaming transaction is made.
The Time Keeper notification will appear once the selected time period has elapsed, and at the point when the player attempts to make another real money gaming transaction.
The Time Keeper notification will show the length of time since the first real money gaming transaction based on the selected interval, and provide 3 options.
Player must select one of the three options to proceed:
Players may choose to continue playing, at which point the modal window will close and the Time Keeper will reset.
Players may choose to view their transaction history, at which point the modal window will close, the Time Keeper will reset, and the player will be redirected to "my account".
Players may choose to close the session, at which point the modal window will close, the game will close, and the player will be redirected to the home page.
Please note that closing a game window mid game, will not affect the outcome of the game or awarding of prizes in anyway.
Time Keeper is available in the My Account section on tombola.co.uk
Players only need to switch on the Timer Keeper via one channel; desktop, mobile or app, and preferences will apply across all. However, for technical reasons a separate clock will activate on each channel, which could result in multiple timers running concurrently.
You can temporarily exclude yourself from the site for any period of time from 24 hours up to 6 weeks in your account settings. Please note that your account will be frozen immediately and cannot be reactivated until the time period has elapsed.
If you feel that you need to exclude yourself from the site for any reason, you can exclude yourself from the website for either 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. You can do this yourself in your account settings.
Please note that once you have self excluded this cannot be reversed and your account cannot be reactivated until the time period has elapsed. If you decide to self exclude yourself permanently from the website, you will no longer be able to access the website.
