The TV sponsorship bumpers were filmed
in Teddington Studios, London on the 24th October and 3rd November. Both
days were a great success and it was fantastic to meet our players and
for the players to meet some of the CM’s.
On the day of the shoot our players were taken to the ‘Green Room’,
which had loads of entertainment including a masseuse, professional photographer,
Nintendo Wii, a caricature artist and refreshments (including plenty
of chocolate!).
When players were called for their debut they were first taken to wardrobe
and makeup. Everyone seemed really relaxed. You would think the players
had done this before. Each player was in front of the camera for about
10 mins, and it was really up to them how much they did; some people
beamed at the camera while another showed us her juggling skills, and
a guy wore a dress! I’ll stop there – don’t want to
spoil the bumpers! A big thank you and well done to all.
