details do I need to give to register?
It’s quick and easy to register on tombola, click

How do I deposit funds?
Log in with your username and password and select 'My Account' and click on 'Credit Account' and enter the amount you wish to deposit. Money will be transferred from the debit/credit card you set up during registration.
If you have set up a PayPal account click ‘Credit Account’ and enter the amount you wish to transfer then click submit. You will then be transferred to PayPal to confirm the payment details. Log in using your PayPal email address and password, and confirm the payment by clicking ‘Pay Now’. Funds will be transferred to your tombola account immediately, and you will be redirected back to tombola.
What
payment methods can I choose?
You can deposit money using your debit/credit card. We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro/Switch and Visa Electron. Alternatively you may wish to transfer money using your PayPal account. Please note we do not accept American Express.
I
was unable to deposit
The reason for this is usually something very simple, like
a change of address or information entered incorrectly.
It simply means our records need updating. Contact our
Customer Services team and we will get you playing in less
than 5 minutes!
How
much can I deposit?
The minimum amount you can deposit is £10.00. The maximum
amount you can deposit into your account at any one time is £500.00.
We will not allow any deposits if your account holds £250.00
or more. You cannot deposit more than £500 a week.
How
can I be sure that my payment details are secure?
Your security is guaranteed. We have secure-server software that encrypts all of your personal details including your card number. The information you submit to us is transmitted securely through your browser and our server. To ensure both servers are communicating effectively we have an SSL certificate from GeoTrust the online security leader (a VeriSign company).

Why
does it ask me for debit/credit card/PayPal details?
In order to play and chat you will need to deposit money into
your tombola account. You can supply this information when
registering. You can deposit money using your debit/credit
card or PayPal account.
How can I register for a PayPal account?
When registering your details it will ask you to use your debit/credit or PayPal account to deposit money. Please click on the PayPal logo, located on the bottom left hand corner, then click on ‘Start using PayPal today’, this will enable you to create a PayPal account.

bingo 90 - tickets cost from 10p. The maximum amount of tickets you may purchase in any one game is 4 strips (24 tickets) costing £2.00.
bingo 80 - each board costs 25p with the maximum number of boards you can purchase is 4 costing £1.00.
bingo 75 - tickets cost from 10p. The maximum amount of tickets you may purchase in any one game is 4 strips (12 tickets) costing £1.00.

many tickets can I buy?
bingo 90 – you can buy up to 4 strips per game (24 tickets in any one game).

bingo 50 – you can only buy one strip of 5 per game per price point.
bingo lite – you can buy up to 4 strips per game (24 tickets in any one game).

Roller-Coaster – on each game you can buy up to 4 carriages.
Bingo Roulette – you can buy 4 lots of 8 chips on each game.
tombola roulette – with 5p,10p, 25p and 50p chips you can buy up to 5 chips per game. You can buy up to 4 for £1 stakes and 2 chips for £2 stakes.
Five-A-Side - you can buy up to 5 hands per game.
Can I buy tickets/games in advance?
You can't buy tickets in advance on tombola. Depending on the game, you can either buy tickets / place bets for the next game while the current game is in play or wait until the current game has finished to join in the next game.
Buying
tickets in bingo 90
When you buy tickets in a club, you can only purchase further
tickets for that game in the same room. However if the
next game is a LINK game, you are free to buy tickets in
either club. The maximum amount you can spend is £2.00
per game. Once the game has started should you leave your
room, your tickets will continue to play in the room you
made your purchase in.
Please note you can only play two games
at the same time.
What
is the LINK game?
The Link game only applies to bingo90 and bingo lite. Each
bingo90 club has their own prize pool for each game. However
every 30 minutes the five prize pools LINK together giving
the players in each club the chance to win bigger prizes.
With bingo lite, all rooms LINK together. Once the LINK
game has ended the clubs/rooms will revert back to having
their own prize pool. The link game will run continuously
from 2am - 9am in Bingo 90 and from 12 midnight to 9am
in Bingo Lite. This gives the fewer number of players who
play bingo90 and bingo lite during these hours the same
great prizes as those that run throughout the day.

If the full house winner in any club wins the full house in 40 numbers or less they will win the jackpot prize shown.
Please note: In the event of two or more full house winners completing their bingo card in 40 numbers or less in the same club they will share the jackpot prize. In the event of two or more full house winners completing their bingo card in 40 numbers in a link game they will share the jackpot prize even if the winners are in different clubs. Once the jackpot prize has been won, it will restart again at £500.

The bingo75 jackpot prize is won depending on what shape is
being played at the time. Each shape is won in a different
number. This number will be shown next to the jackpot prize
every time a new game starts and will countdown every time
a number is called. The jackpot prize in bingo75 is £500.

The bingo 50 jackpot is won in 19 calls or less, the value of the jackpot depends on the ticket price the player bought in at (25p, 50p, 75p or £1).
25p = £250
50p = £500
75p = £750
£1 = £1,000
Please note: If two or more players win the jackpot in the same amount of calls they will each receive the jackpot prize relating to the amount they staked.

If the full house winner in a room wins the full house in 45 numbers or less they will win the £100 jackpot prize.

In Cannes, Cairo, Capri, Shanghai, Naples and Miami each hand costs 10p.
The jackpot prize is:

Battleships has a £2,500
jackpot prize. It is won by any player who sinks all ships

You can only place a bet on one Hamster.
The prizes you win are shown when placing your bet.
